Bikes

• 3 months from delivery, covering motor, controller, battery and wiring faults.
• We repair first, and replace only if we can't repair.

Parts

• 30 days from delivery against manufacturing faults.

Not covered

• Wear items — tyres, brake pads, chains, sprockets.
• Crash or misuse damage.
• Water damage.
• Anything modified or fitted by the customer.

How to claim

• WhatsApp us with your order reference, photos or video of the fault, and what happened.

Warranty covers repair or replacement, not refunds — those are handled under Refund & Returns.
